About David & Rochelle
After more than four decades in local church leadership, my wife, Rochelle, and I founded Encourage1. It's simple, really: we love pastors and church leaders, and we want to see them thrive, not just survive.
We do that through professional supervision, coaching, pastoral care, and resourcing, offering a safe, unhurried space to think, breathe, and be genuinely encouraged.
We know ministry from the inside. We've felt the privilege of it and the weight of it, the mountain tops and the valleys. That's why Encourage1 exists: because every leader deserves someone in their corner who gets it.
We're based in Melbourne. We have two adult sons, but the highlight of our lives is our two grandkids.
