During four decades in church leadership, David worked alongside pastors, chaplains, volunteers, charity workers, community workers, youth leaders, and NGO directors. All these people helped other people, yet so many lacked a dedicated space to think and reflect, spark ideas, gain clarity and perspective, and grow.

Seeing that missing support shaped why David became a Professional Supervisor and how he serves those who help others today.

David is accredited with the Australasian Association of Supervision and Chaplaincy Australia. He also has an extensive background in leadership, pastoral care, community care, vision casting, public speaking, and organisational management.

David is happily married to Rochelle, and together they spend their spare time keeping up with their two young grandsons.

List of credentials including graduate certificates in professional supervision and arts leadership, membership in the Australasian Association of Supervision, a bachelor of science from Murdoch University, and ordination as a minister in Australian churches.
